On the Second Day of Christmas…

The Second Day of Christmas is a bit of a religious mash-up, but bear with us. We had the chance to do some shooting in Thailand earlier this year, and we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to visit Bangkok’s famous Reclining Buddha. This golden Buddha is depicted laying on his side and is HUGE, sitting nearly 50 feet high over 140 feet long. Since it’s quite a challenge to photograph the Reclining Buddha all at once, we took a few close-ups and ended up with one of our favorite photo textures of the year.
